VAULT’s core focus is to ensure the highest quality of all our products from our warehouse to distributor and reseller facilities and ultimately the businesses of the end-users. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen occasionally in the manufacturing, ordering, packing, and shipping process. It is our goal and commitment to our partners to ensure a quick and simple turnaround process for all warranties and returns.

90 DAY WARRANTY
- Covers all stock cables, accessories, and replacement components.
- Damaged or defective due to manufacturing defect only, general wear not covered.
- Shipping responsibility – Customer

1 YEAR WARRANTY
- Covers all products composed of PC, ABS or any other type of plastic material.
- Damaged or defective due to manufacturing defect only, general wear not covered.
- Shipping responsibility – Customer

LIFETIME WARRANTY
- Covers all products composed of metal and/or steel.
- Damaged or deffective due to manufacturing defect only, general wear not covered.
- Shipping responsibility – Customer
PRODUCT RECALLS
- Covers product recalls and damaged or defective product due to manufacturing defect within 20 days of use.
- Full product replacement.
- Original product not returned will be subject to charges determined accordingly by VAULT.
- Shipping responsibility – VAULT (Ground)
RETURNS
- Customer has 30 days to return from date of receiving the package.
- Product must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging and must be undamaged.
- All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Custom/branded products are No Cancel, No Return (NCNR).
